so i thought i would let everyone know that if you all use phpbb for forum then make sure that you use the following mod:http://www.able2know.org/forums/about15132.html
its a really good ( i think so far the best ) seo mod for any phpbb forum. I use it since it removes the page statics ( when you login first time then look at the url and you will fnd a looong numbers, thats what i am talking about). It will take about 20-30 mins but will increase search engine ranking.
