symbol wise it's very good. you can even go with it. but if you want deep comments than i would say left portion of the logo is bit heavy. and visually it seems the right part (n) is weakly connected to V. I am pointing those issues in the below image. hope you will understand.

Asif very good observation. I agree with you and will fix it asap. Actually the problem was electricity. Yesterday I started sketching for logo and after 10 min guess what...yes electricity went dead... they played with me 4 times like this ...and I finally I gave up and output is here.
