great designs here. .i really like the bottom right logo of niv, very smart design. i like how you formed the 'i' as well as a pencil using negative space. (B)

LOW COST TRAVEL INSURANCE

I got chance to design a logo and website for my company where I am working now. Its a basically travel cost comparing site. I will upload the site once it done. this logo will be used only in the site. your comments are welcome :)

I don't know why we can't consider it as a logo. is that because we are getting used to see logo very simple now-a-days? probably.

well here is my point... what I can understand and what I know is every logo should have a perfect balanced in every aspect. Just look at the 3 sample logos you given here. They are complicated logo but they have proper balanced in all the way. But see your one.... LOW is on the left and the content is on the right but not in same aligned ... it has a different angel. Logo can be complicated and could have different angle but all should have a within a proper area. This is my opinion, I dont know what is the view of others. Because I have never seen this type of design as a logo.

Hmm, interesting logo. Although I am not an expert or know much about logo but in general sense this is what I felt initially

1) At first glance I thought that bag was a sandal, cuz I was associating sandals with the word travel, you know traveling places. The I realized why I didnt think it was a travel bag. The little legs at the bottom of the bag are missing. I dont know maybe adjust the shape a little bit.

2)I wouldnt say its colorful, the colors are muted and pleasing to the eyes but i agree it could use a bit of balancing. I mean the 'cost travel insurance' part and LOW could use a little bit of balance. Also i dont know if the client wanted to focus more on LOW word, but right now when i look the word LOW is drawing all my attention and 'cost travel insurance' part is lost in the background. I think the elements are nice as it is just need to tweak and move things around. The LOW in black is popping out too much for me to notice anything else. Just my 2 cents. =)
