good layout. just didn't like the top white dotted line. this is not lookings as good as below one.

overall you used to many contrast color

1. bevel effect not looking good and background color also. font size big also
2. bevel effect not looking good and yellow color not looks goodalso. font size big too
3. outer glow not good i know why used it............ better change header background color.
4. dot line not match with your whole layout...
5. very contrast color.... try to use light color
6. too much blue color... try to use light color
7. title need more bigger and need more space between picture and title text

**** better try to use light color............... to me this layout very contrasty

nice layout there are a few concerns which I would like to address which are usage of around 4 fonts is not necessary (font in navigation, font in the header, font for the content, and font for the footer disclaimer). try to use only 1 font for the whole layout or maximum 2 (you can use different font for the heading text but it should be of the the same family/category). the navigation tabs are good but the font is too large which makes it looks very congested.

also the texture behind the content is not showing up so I don't think adding texture there would be necessary except it would add some extra time while loading.

the KUMHO tires logo is standing out too much, may be you can reverse the logo colors to make it work.

last but not the least, please try to fix shadows underneath the car currently it looks like floating.

overall good layout and keep up the good work

navy blue to deep blue gradient ta bhalo lage nai........

lower part is more attractive.
