thank you shabbir bhai, it was a time consuming job. i did the main outline and all the necessary parts were made using the Pen tool and shading was done with the help of Burn and Dodge tools.

I did one more car but that was made for practice and is actually a replica of another artwork done by another designer, but I will share it with you too.
