DD signup form should be an online form instead of a simple doc format. Because people wont get that time to download the DD form, fill it up and send that to you through email. If they get an online form they can put their info right at that time. does it make sense? :-)

I found this category helpful for my criticism ...never mind :-)

We understand our problems. We are redesigning our site and structure. There members will have full control to update/edit their profile. Hope this will reduce the pain :) Thanks
