Asif vai I think you know the ans - Its absolutely not true.
Good camera and be right place on right time is a plus but not the only ingredients for a good shot. It like using illustrator, freehand or any other vector tool for designing a logo. The tools can ease some process and can save some time but actual craftsman using the tools is the main responsible one to create an art or item. Same goes to photography - the photographer itself is the main person for a good shot. If you have observed the recent solar eclipse photo then you will see lot of photographers gathered in the same place with various gears but only few had captured the true beauty of the eclipse. If a photographer dont have the eye to see the good shot - dont know how to use the good camera then how come he/she will get the shot!!

1. Actually it has no meaning at all I made this word using the first letters of my brother's and my name - later i found that in some countries people has this name as surname - but anyway its now my brand name

2. I dont think that much - I just try to satisfy the clients need as close as possible with some touch n feel of my style - most of the time clients provide very descriptive specs and so other than design need I dont have to think that much - mostly the things i need to think is the color scheme, the layout structure, reducing html conversion complexity etc.

3. No one - if you have read my first ans then you could see that it just happened for me - nothing is preplanned

I dont sketch at all - sometimes draw for logo design purpose but that is also very limited - but so far my designs are not that bad
Hope you got the point - But ya if you can sketch or draw its a HUGE Plus and definitely will help anyone design better

Choosing the right color is like giving a design the right diet. you dont need many design elements, ornaments to give life to your design but a good color scheme only can do that easily. Bad selection of colors can ruin even a good design.
