agree with farnar bhai...tobe library ta hobe virtual...consider this scenario:

smasif, pagol, partha, sweetafroza, akela, rumman, shabbir and so on...those who have good net connection will download materials. suppose amar net connection bhalo..I will download Training DVD's, jar slow he will download Magazines or icon packs...like this everyone will write a CD/DVD... when we will meet for resources or get together or DD planning (per month or once in 2 months) we can share those CD/DVD.. turn by turn these will pass through...ar tachara amader shob eksathe dekha hole to mojai hoy
