I have problems with Bengali type...thats why i typed in English and my client will accept it.Negative comments would be highly appreciated cz i am learning web designing...so just feel free to make me learn......

Banner:
1. Make bigger the Site/Forum title

Menu:
1. Menu background is not looking nice. better use gradient or solid color. Menu bar ee graphic background beshi ekta bhalo lage bole mone hoyna.
2. Menu separator must change korben. Or at least use thin separator
3. make all the texts center aligned. ekhon elomelo hoye ache

Green Capsules:
1. Title gula center align korle bhalo.
2. Some texts exceed the boundary.

overall alignment ee onek problem ache and choto khato onek issue ache ektu kheyal korle thik kore felte parben.

Banner ta josh hoyeche. keep it up

Amit bhai, apnar design er kichu kichu jinish ami ektu change korlam...khub minor changes, chokhe pora day :) beshir bhag ee aligment and design issues.since there are lot of sub headers/capsules I tried to grouped them visually. dekhen like hoy kina. best of luck!

Asif bhai......Tremendous helping....khub e bhalo hoise...nijer kasei amar khub bhalo lagse...its look really profesional now....asole ami akhon aktu aktu khuti nati bisoy bujhte suru korsi....i noticed all the changes u have done......<READ BOOK> ta <RED BOOK> e hobe.....apni main navigation r shadow and sizr reduce korsen...looking better now........blogger der chobi bad disen.....it also ok...r alignment ta niye ami akhon clear......tablet r align gula akhon bhalo lagtese....

Amit bhai as an initial stating I would say this is good start...but if you go for the professional world it doesnt feel ok to me. It seems like i am working in the Windows Consol Mode because of your green text on black background. I know our bangladeshi flag colors r too deep if you compare with web standard color. But these two are nice colors as well. You just need to put them in the right places. See the Asif's one is far better than yours. But again black doesnt go with your UI. Try some other colors in the background and change the font colors accordingly.

Sorry for the negative comments :-) hope you wont mind.
