nice design layout and use of colors. love it.
just few notes:
> navigation and search field are too close and bare space of breathing.
> Footer fonts could be improved in comparison with the whole site design and typo.

liked it Partha bhai. one note though- main banner er pichone dotted blue background ta nicher dike arektu continue korle bhalo hoto. ekhon ektu incomplete mone hoche. other than that nice design.
