hmm...ei range ta general and also mentioned that lot of factors are involved. Since AIGA published that, of course there is a base i think. Like if we consider in BD, then what should be the range of a new graphic/web designer. 12K to 25K. varies company to company. so we can set the average range to 15 K or 18K for BD. but we will find a graphic/web designer working for 10K only initially. These are happening. So we can't actually fix anything, but maintain a range for idea.
