Haire, erokom salary...I wish...but but the important thing is to make the local market realize how important usability and design is to any product developed by any companies here. I remember just 5-8 years ago no would give a damn but now the trend is slowly changing and ppl are looking for good designs. Globalization is one important factor that forced local market to stay in the race with international market. So i can see a bright future for designers and the like...its slowing getting better and hopefully aro bhalo hobe prospects for us in the future. Eventually bd market will balance the pay scale against neighbouring markets like india (which is miles ahead of us) but its not impossible...we can be there someday. I think ami lekhte lekhte harai gesi abar. Sigh!

in BD if you have above qualities that you mentioned but no experience you can start from 15K - 25 K range which is totally depends on company to company. It could be even less or hardly more.
There are lot of factors works behind this, i mean to get a job. If you have above knowledges which means you must work with these tool, could be client(most of the cases relatives) project or pet projects. but when you go for a job with your previous projects, where starting salary is 25K(approx) you have to prove yourself very carefully.

yes but I would say ekjon minimum level er graphic/web designer er eto kom sal ee start kora uchit na....minimum 12K. ar 5K , 8K, 10K howa uchit Printing/Press Designer der....tobe internee/just started ei type hoile 5K is ok.
