Distorted Designers

Dear all, DD is planning to organize an event of get together on its 1st anniversary. Though DD is very small and not vastly known, we will do the event with our current forum members and few of our guests and well wishers. We definitely need sponsor(s) for this event. And also need few interesting activity ideas. So please list your ideas under this post. Based on that we will move forwards to this event. Thanks

There will be a projector and laptop. So you can prepare your slides and use laptop and projector to present.

Tushar you are absolutely right. Everything should be informal so that everyone can participate and enjoy. Even anyone can tell a joke too btw apnar kintu gaan gaite hobe.....khali gola hok ar bhora gola hok gaitei hobe. so be prepared

If the celebration is informal then I dont think you need any plan for this. It will be just get to gather party. But not bad. I liked the idea.
But there is an issue If you go for an informal party then you wont get any sponsors. What do you think?

sounds fun and interesting .. can be a mini concert where we can invite bands like (Tanm/juthi) and then disco party ....and pagol mama kintu fatafati dance kortey pare. Finally we can all get acquainted with each other personally.

Our 1st anniversary is in October 7 which is Tuesday. So we can do it in weekday, could be Friday - October 10. Tentative time 7:00 - 10:00 pm. But we need activities in the event so that everyone can benefited and enjoy.
