from my end overall negative. what I understood:
top design- it gives a feel of complete relaxation. But in the logo a man is running. thematically mismatch. Picnic is a joyful event, there is nothing here.
below design- First of all it seems a game contest's banner (Rural Game or something). picture says nothing about the picnic. You are highlighting the picture more. you could blend it and use it as a background. Secondly you used another design in the below part which also didn't match with the upper one theme. Just boshanor dorkar boshano hoise.
dosto....overall kono banner ee amar bhalo lagenai ...tui aro bhalo design korte parish....ekhaneo korar bhalo scope chilo....take it simply....don't mind with my comments.
