. Like black and white and colored one is different. Black & white and transparent logo is required beside the original one. Company will not print the logo as a color all time. sometimes they will be required to print the logo as a black and white. in that case your logo will be changed. say for example to differentiate the humans you placed a white border/separator in black and white version, which is not expected. Solution: if the logo is not selected finally, you have an option to make it fully functional. either place a white border in the color version which is will act as a transparent or leave the white border/separator from B&W version.
if it is not clear yet, please send me the eps/ai file. I will play with it.

ohhh.......ami illustrator thaka PNG hisebe export korsi....normally ai ta transparent dekhaina....but when u use it in browser it will definitely work as transparent.

cool Amit. You can make a custome made transparent background in illustrator for this purpose. I have made that.
Summary of this thread:
From now on if we develop a logo, we will test the logo with black & white mode and tranparent background mode. In fact these modes are as importantly required as the original colored logo. These give you a exact/clear physical shape of your logo. Before seeing the tranparent one I thought the white borders are blank gapes in above logo
but transparent version clears my idea.
