TE symbol is awesome.
i think u could keep it simple.
TE te globe r watermark kano bujhlam na.....
swrils are making the logo busy, if u still have chance to change it i think u can just omit the swrils and keep it simple.

sopnotory bhai....this time also I liked your logo very much. however some comments, that you can consider as a constructive comment since you love to get that. That's why I am bit relaxed to make comments for your works. What I made in the image are just my observations. and I know sometimes it's hard to maintain all the aspects of a good design due to client requirements. but I feel learning is for our own betterment for next project.
I can't remember clearly, a designer(architect i guess) was asked - what is your best project according to you? he replied - "NEXT ONE"

nice logo , i like the typography a lot..have you are lucky that you have been given such a deep thought suggestion from asif bhai
i would only like to mention that the globe that you used inside of the "E" is very generic and instantly it reminded me of the World Bank logo.
you can consider changing it to a more creative globe
