* font jodi ata oder LOGO na hoi .. tailay font change koren. normal font use koren.
* compnay name shadow ta aktoo bayshi hoisay. aroo akta kom koren.
* company name ami gradient like kori nah. just one or two color.. jodi logo ta amon nah hoi tailay change koray one color koray dektay paren kemon lagay.
* akta kam kortay paren.. just dektay paren. top a model ta black and white na koray original color raklay kemon hoi dekhen
* jodi flash na hoi tailay khub normal. hoisay.. aroo akta kaz kortay hobay. but flash hoilay tek asay. top jay model ta asay otar pasay kichu sologan den. i mean kichu text.

looks good because of the models...but design wise it doesn't attract me at all...your design needs some improvement.. sorry for the negative comments
