I liked all of your illustrations for logos and bags. Lets put some of my personal views on those since you asked for critiques

Logo 1: it got a touch of BD. but I can't get the symbol. is that "B" or "ব"? can you please make it clear to us? and the purpose of using gear symbol on the top. it feels more like industrial or mechanical now.

Logo 2: didn't like that much as logo. however there is a great chance for the client to go for this option ya the message is strong. if they like it then you may work on "BC" inside the shield.

Logo 3: liked most among all. nice color and symbol. but you can keep the titles same as english. english and bengali title should be same interms of color and shape.

Among all bags I liked the first one. bright and nicely designed
