good start ... I think if u change the stamp look border of the picture and the background its look more fantastic ...

He should be proud to have a father like you. You are doing exactly what a designer/web developer should. Agree with Tariq bhai....you can keep the shape but must change the colors....Solid, bright color would be fine for border.
