Distorted Designers

hey, I am designing a new site for a company which actually transfers money to overseas from Australia. Pakistani owner. Tomorrow we are going to meet them with this sample. So before that I want to know your feedback.

Design wise it looks excellent but if you think from the interaction prospective then there are some issue I would like to rise.

1. Registration and Login should be on somewhere on the top. As their existing site shows it very boldly on the top.
2. Right now Register link is very hard to find.
3. In your design user need to scroll down to get the login panel.

rest of the part is cool to me. good job buddy.

here is the update one- they liked the design and layout. slight changes after the 1st meeting. I have to change the color theme to green as I came to know that green/orange are their primary color. i feel green would fit nice here. comments are appreciated

I would like to know about the meaning of "dirty green". Did you mean dull green or it has some other meaning in design?
