The overall looking of this logo is a bit confusing.
Issues:
In logo, the name of the company (if you use a company name generally) has to be easily readable. In ur logo, the name is hardly recognizable.
The abstract BOAT illustration is great, but the half circle is confusing.
too much colors.
Suggestion:
make your Bengali fonts clear and readable.
upper part color and lower part color is completely different, so make some harmony between two sections.
Hope you dont mind for my comments but i always think that this is a great way to learn by making a lot of mistakes.

Logo is balanced visually. And Amit is right in all points. try to check those issues. keep it up .

amit bhai mind korar kisui nei...............every one is here to learn more and more...................i also admit with u.........
basicly this is my fashion house.....................and i had to do within a short time, as i had to submit in the newspaper...........so as it is already became a brand..............so i couldnt manage to change it...................i thought of some thing else, and i came out with this.

i like the logo, don't know about the bengali script but overall it looks nice just one thing that concerns me is that the waves looks a bit too thick as compared to the overall design. but nice logo nonetheless
