good going...menu bar er niche arekta empty bar dekha jache...if that is just for design then discard it. btw total site ee apne je font use korechen oi font ta to windows default bole mone hoyna...use web standard fonts like: verdana/arial.

Design is nice, no doubt, but when you design for web you should remember about our internet line speed ... so site should be light weight and easy loaded.. for this reason me always try to keep scope for re-using every thing.

I want to do some more correction here.. but later... first check others comments.

I did some correction... basically I reduce the wasting spaces... which will make your whole project "TOP FOLD" and its better for any web based software design.

One more thing.. right side-e 2px is different back.. make it correct.

TIPS: you are designing the interfaces (web/software). allocate/manage few time to sit with developer(web/software) to see how they use your design. It will help you lot to design next interface. and by this you will learn how to design without using image or less graphics

Amit i always like dark ash and black color...so liked your over all color concept. But to be frank if it is for web application then its not fit with it. Your mock up is to heavy and too much beveling all over. You should use machines default fonts (but if you are using WPF in Dot.Net platform then font wont be any issue).

Suggestions:
1. Reduce some beveling
2. use solid bg colors
3. use default font
4. main menu should have clear font style
