good start shabbir bhai....though expecting few more different samples...anyway commenting on this
symbol wise it's very good. you can even go with it. but if you want deep comments than i would say left portion of the logo is bit heavy. and visually it seems the right part (n) is weakly connected to V. I am pointing those issues in the below image. hope you will understand.

in terms of symmetrical balance of objects, i think u can consider this point.

Asif very good observation. I agree with you and will fix it asap. Actually the problem was electricity.
