Apparently this is professional looking and class design. but if you want some real critique plz follow the image below>>>>






You used two different blue which break the rhythm among the objects. as a result if u look deeply upper part and lower part of the layout , they become imbalanced.
mone hoi mind korben na.....aktu dadagiri korlam.......just sharing my point of view.

design is very neat and clean. but I didn't like the top trapezium logo and menu holder. site er onnanno structure er sathe kono bhabei jachena. you can change that. ar colorwise aro kaj korte hobe including Amit's suggestion. good luck!
