Dear all active members, we are planning to change the structure/design of the home page of DD in future keeping the color scheme same. We are sharing this opportunity with professionals/non professionals to find out how our members want the home page.

Requirements:

- DD's main focus is to highlight designers/artists/animators. So their pictures, activities can be placed. Not necessary to show all of them. You can filter them by active participations in forum or seniority or department(designer/artist/animator).
- There could be a gallery link in menu where all the designers(active/non-active) will be placed.
- Job list
- News
- Top/Hit forum discussion links
- Advertisement (only 3 companies)

Proposed Features:

- Recent news can be higlighted. Like Wallpaper competition winners, recent Workshops etc.
- Could be place a demo video of any event, video tutorial by DD members or anything DD special
- DD Shop (Diary/T-shirt/Cap//Mug/Resource CV/DVD etc.)

We can't assure following issues:
- Your design will be selected
- We will start implement soon
- Prize money for any selected design

Submitted designs could be simple sketch(pen/pencil on paper) or complete design or written ideas. And designs must be hidden here.

Ok, we are also planning to change the individual designers' portfolio page, since many of you are not interested to fill up "Favorite" section. As a result those pages look empty. We have searched many of designers site/community/portfolio in the web and found this layout common and appropriate for us. Members will have to complete his biography within 3000 characters. He is free to write anything professional/non-professional there. There will be a filter/search option to reach a particular genre as per viewers interest. Remember only active and completed profiles will be nominated to display in first page. Here is the suggested design. Comment please.

Very soon we are going to start our home page development. Designs/sketches/layouts are asked.

Cant see the image :( But i agree, seriously...prime jinish gulo field hishebe must...like for example...most ppl wont like to read essays...3000 er moddhe jabotio ja ajaira jinish lekhte chai thakuk. But must have separate field for very basic but also important stuffs like tools/platform, website link, blog, email add, etc.
So much to eat, so little time !
