Job Responsibilities::
The ideal Flash Developer/ Designer will contribute to the conception and execution of all digital projects. The role assists in developing applications and interfaces for a broad range of interactive projects rich media banners, and microsites. The candidate will be able to demonstrate both technical skills and creative ability, whilst working in a cutting edge, passionate environment. S/he must feel competence in timeline animations, actionscript coding alongside enthusiastic for the latest trends and technology.

Job Responsibilities::
1. Bachelor/Masters degree in relevant discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of professional flash design and development experience with a strong portfolio
3. Extensive knowledge in Flash CS 3/4, Action Script 2, 3
4. Sound understanding of motion/animation techniques as well as programmatic motion like tweening engines, easing etc.
5. Strong design capabilities for graphic preparation and assets management
6. Development or customization of authoring-efficiency tools using Flash and xml technologies
7. Experience on integration with web technologies such as XML, JSON, Javascript, Web Services, .NET, PHP
8. Practical experience with design optimization for various bandwidth and platforms
9. Knowledge of XHTML, HTML & CSS is a plus
