Job Description:
The XHTML-CSS-Javascript programmer will be responsible to carryout and lead multiple online projects. The candidate should have experience in developing outstanding web designs, converting them to XHTML (web 2.0 based) and ensure the work completed is cross browser compatible. The responsibility includes understanding western clients’ tastes, and business patterns. The candidate must be able to design web based sites from scratch with extreme creativity, preparing storyboards when needed. The candidate must have Action Script, CSS, XHTML, XML, JavaScript knowledge. Strictly needs to follow W3C compliance standards. Needs to work closely with programmers during integration phase. Must communicate proactively with customers and inform, inquire about project information and also work closely with Project Management.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
1. Fluent written and spoken English a MUST.
2. Graduate in Computer Science (not necessary for outstanding Web skilled person)
3. Good knowledge in Web 2.0 technology
4. Expert Experience and Knowledge in CSS, XHTML, XML, JavaScript, div based (table-less) development.
5. Expert Experience and Knowledge in AJAX, Mootools, Jason, Prototype, JQuery, ExtJS, Scriptacoulus
6. Experience in working on browser compatibility on IE6/7/8, FF 2/3 (PC and Mac), Safari.
7. Experience in working on web typography technology
9. Knowledge in Flash and ActionScript is a plus!
10. 3-5 years experience
11. Communication/interpersonal skills to communicate proactively with overseas clients
12. Work in a team environment and in critical situations.
