Ideally, make extra efforts to get the same involvement in the project should be the right answer but practically, I had experience of paying off the client just to get rid of the trouble. Better off the pain. But if the project already took a lot of investment (time/money/emotional) then sometime I can take that extra efforts too.

1. A Ps3 with a 24" wide screen which I already have.
2. A 52" Wide screen
3. A Zippo cell phone.

haha...thanks Zahidur bhai for kind consideration about the language btw it also helps me to learn bangla, hopefully i will learn it soon from you guys

paying off the client to get rid of him is a surprising story, however it could be helpful in some cases because when clients return after a long delay they usually don't like what they had left earlier so its sort of starting the job again. to avoid this kind of situatation i usually keep following up with the clients to keep them on the track as much as possible.

I agree with you Shamoon. Your way to handle this situation is far better. Thanks for sharing that.
