Everyone in a company thinks, so everyone's designations should be "creative", like Creative CEO, Creative Software Engineer, Creative Java Developer, Creative Chef Or how your company differentiates these terms? No offense, just want to be clear.

Its a very simple thing... in DD we all are creative people. there is no doubt about it. But regarding the "Engineer" title, it has a diverse meaning and value. In a sense it means more technical. I can't explain the proper meaning of "Creative Engineer" but I can explain what my present company thinks about it. KAZ Software and its people think that we can think more than out of the box and we are not oly creative but also technically remarkable (such as: programatical knowledge). And in KAZ we have a extra power to say NO or YES to developers/client even our CTO. For example if we say this black button and its label shouldn't be there because this is not the proper UI Hinting for an application. So on the spot its gonna hold. So a Creative Engineer's responsibilities are quite different from a "Designer/Creative Designer". I hope I explained it correct
